Alongside saddles and bridles, care and feed products as well as accessories and services, around 170 exhibitors from 19 countries will be primarily presenting equestrian fashion, helmets, shoes and boots in Cologne at spoga horse spring from 4 to 6 February 2018. The equestrian fashion and textile trends are traditionally the focus of the spring event and they are awarded their own stage in the form of the spoga horse fashion walk. Furthermore, the international trade visitors can discover and experience new products and trends from the equestrian sport world and on the theme dog supplies in the Premiere’s Club and in the Dogs special event. The spoga horse academy, which is focusing on the theme digitalisation, will provide further impulses.

For the sixth edition of the spoga horse fashion walk, the organisers of spoga horse are bringing the exhibitors’ latest collections of equestrian sport fashion, accessories and equipment together again on the catwalk in the scope of two spectacular walk and dance choreographies. Among others Albert Kerbl, CAVALLIERA INTERNATIONAL, EKKIA, HKM Sports Equipment, Horseware Products, Privilège Equitation and Waldhausen will each be presenting six outfits and thus the latest cuts, colours and patterns for the 2018/2019 autumn/winter season. Derrière Equestrian is going to be the first exhibitor to present equestrian sport underwear live on the fashion walk. For the trade visitors of spoga horse the show offers the first-class opportunity to inspect the latest trends live and in motion on the model.

Digital and online – saddle up in Web 2.0 with the spoga horse academy

Customer live chats, assessment tools, website optimisation, online shops: Web 2.0 has long since conquered the marketing and sales scene and faces the specialised dealers of the equestrian sport industry with new challenges. In order to offer the customers the best advice and the best service, new tools and new sales strategies are needed. However, it is often difficult to select the appropriate option from the diversified offer and make the right decision that will lead to an optimisation. So, the spoga horse academy offers lectures on online marketing, tips and tricks for online tools, which facilitate everyday working life and a website check. In addition to online themes there are going to be interactive workshops on sales techniques and lectures on merchandise knowledge.

And the winner is…

In 2017 the Reitsport Markt Dealer’s Award celebrated its 10th anniversary. Once again this year, the award ceremony on the first day of spoga horse will prove exciting for the nominated dealers, because this is when the winners of the Reitsport Markt Dealer’s Award 2018 will be announced.

Prominently placed: Premiere’s Club and Dogs special event

In the scope of the Premiere’s Club, spoga horse is presenting the new products of the equestrian sport industry for the 2018/2019 season in a special exhibition. Here the entire spectrum and diversity of products from all segments of the event are covered. Participating companies include among others CAVALLIERA, H+P Handels GmbG & Co. KG, Horseware Kingsland, Lecksteine-shop.de and MM Cosmetic GmbH.

Lots of riders have already come to the conclusion that it’s a dog’s world. So that the small four-legged friends of tomorrow are optimally equipped, spoga horse is dedicating an own special event to dog’s supplies. Exhibitors will present their products in a condensed format on an additional area in the spoga horse Lounge. Both the Premiere’s Club and the Dogs special event will be staged throughout the entire duration of the trade fair.
